(43) lived in the Konutkent neighborhood of Çankaya district on the evening of October 20. Ferhat D. and Ezgi Ö. (31), who were in the apartment, were taken into custody and released after their statements. NOTE ON SEMANUR'S PHONE: EVERYONE IS GUILTYFerhat D. claimed that he did not know Semanur Arslan, that they were in another room during the incident, and that they did not see her when they went outside. Ezgi Ö. alleged that Arslan had problems with her boyfriend and was constantly crying. In the investigation regarding Semanur Arslan's death, a note was found on her encrypted mobile phone. The note stated, "Everyone is guilty. I leave everyone to their own conscience. We will meet in the afterlife." The preliminary autopsy report from the Forensic Medicine Institution indicated that Arslan died as a result of falling from a height. Detailed autopsy and toxicology reports are awaited. So far, the police investigation has not yielded any evidence regarding the murder allegations.
