The objection to Dilan Polat's detention was rejected in the trial opened against her for the crimes of establishing and managing an organization with the intention of committing a crime, money laundering of assets derived from crime, and violation of the Law on the Organization of Betting and Games of Chance in Football and Other Sports Competitions.

OBJECTIONS WERE MADE TO THEIR DETENTIONS AFTER THE MASAK REPORT

The lawyers of the 5 detained defendants, including Dilan Polat and her husband Engin Polat, objected to the detention of their clients at the 4th High Criminal Court of Anatolia on July 19, following the Financial Crimes Investigation Board report prepared within the scope of the trial. On the same day, the court rejected the objection against 4 defendants, including Engin Polat. The court board decided to evaluate the objection regarding the detained defendant Dilan Polat on Monday, stating that there were missing documents.

As the court did not evaluate the objection on Monday due to the absence of a duty judge, Dilan Polat's lawyer objected to the 5th High Criminal Court of Anatolia. The court board decided that the authorized and competent objection place for the file was the 4th High Criminal Court of Anatolia. The file was returned to the 2nd Criminal Court of First Instance of Anatolia, where the trial will be held, to be sent to the 4th High Criminal Court of Anatolia. The 2nd Criminal Court of First Instance of Anatolia sent the file to the 4th High Criminal Court of Anatolia to decide on the objection. The court board, which re-examined the file yesterday, rejected the objection regarding Dilan Polat and decided to continue her detention.
