The married woman, recounting the strange behavior her next-door neighbor displayed toward his wife, stated that she responded to her neighbor's request, "Send your husband over to us and have him tighten the lid of the menemen jar," by saying, "My husband isn't available; bring it over and let's tighten it at our place."
A user's account on social media of the neighborly relationship she experienced in the early years of her marriage caused a wide response. Stating that her next-door neighbor was not a bad person but displayed unusual and strange behavior toward her husband, the woman listed the striking incidents she experienced.
"WHENEVER MY HUSBAND CAME, SHE WAS AT THE WINDOW"
Stating that whenever her husband came home on a motorcycle, her neighbor went to the window every time, the woman recounted the following: "My husband used to come on a motorcycle, and it made a lot of noise. Whenever I realized he had arrived and went to the window, my neighbor was always at the window too. When she was going to give me something, she chose the hours when my husband was at home. When she came, she would wear very short shorts and a crop top, ring the doorbell, and then make strange moves like 'Oh, was your husband home?'"
"IF YOUR HUSBAND IS HOME, CAN YOU SEND HIM TO ME?"
Saying that one day her neighbor rang the doorbell again and made a stunning request, the young woman described the moment in these words: "She rang the doorbell again and said, 'If your husband is home, can you send him to me? I made menemen and couldn't tighten the jar lids, let your husband come to our house and tighten them.' Without any hesitation, I said, 'My husband is not available; you bring the jars to us, and we'll tighten them at home.' Even now, when I think about it, I say, 'Did I get jealous for nothing?' but her behavior was really very strange."
