In the Bodrum district of Muğla, a car that crossed into the opposite lane and crashed into barriers was reduced to scrap. Driver Ömer Özdemir, who survived injured from the vehicle with its roof completely crushed, said, 'There were vehicles in a convoy ahead of me. I turned the steering wheel to the right to avoid hitting them, and the car skidded.'

CAR ROOF CRUSHED LIKE PAPER
The accident occurred around 11:30 on the new hospital road in Konacık neighborhood. The car with license plate 26 EF 204, driven by Ömer Özdemir who lost control, crossed into the opposite lane and hit the barriers on the roadside. The roof of the car was crushed in the accident, and the driver Özdemir was injured. Upon reports from bystanders, medical and police teams were dispatched to the scene. Özdemir was taken by ambulance to Bodrum State Hospital for treatment.
DRIVER DESCRIBES THE ACCIDENT
Ömer Özdemir stated that he was alone in the vehicle at the time of the accident and said, "There were vehicles in a convoy ahead. To avoid hitting them, I turned the steering wheel to the right, and the car skidded." An investigation into the accident has been launched.
