Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum shared the details of the Open Sale Campaign, where TOKİ will offer approximately 20 thousand housing units for sale in 64 provinces. In the campaign starting on June 15, 2+1 housing units start from 3.1 million liras, with three different payment plans offered. Meanwhile, images of a sample apartment in Ankara were also shared.

Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum shared sample apartment images regarding the Open Sale Campaign of approximately 20 thousand housing units to be offered for sale in 64 provinces by the Housing Development Administration (TOKI).

In his post on social media, Minister Kurum stated, "With our new Open Sale Campaign to be conducted by TOKI, 20 thousand more homes like these await their owners. Behind these doors are peace, happiness, and security." The images shared by Minister Kurum included details of 2+1 apartments in Saraycık. The sample houses, built with earthquake-resistant tunnel formwork system, consist of a living room, children's room, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. In Ankara, 2+1 apartments will be offered for sale starting from 3 million 100 thousand liras with installments of 21 thousand 400 liras, while 3+1 apartments will start from 3 million 300 thousand liras.

SALES WILL START ON JUNE 15

Within the scope of TOKI's open sale campaign, direct sales will be made through Türkiye Halk Bank and Ziraat Bank between June 15, 2026 and July 17, 2026. The campaign, which has no conditions for residency, income, pre-application, or lottery, will require being a Turkish citizen, being over 18 years old, and having no property registered in the name of the applicant or their spouse.

3 SEPARATE PAYMENT PLANS

TOKI houses will be sold with 3 separate sales alternatives. Accordingly; in the first model, buyers who select their home can benefit from a 25 percent discount for cash purchases. In the second model, after paying a 50 percent down payment, a 72-month installment plan and an 8 percent discount will be offered. In the third model, half of the 50 percent down payment will be paid at the contract stage, and the other half 12 months later. The remaining amount can be paid with a 60-month installment option.
