An incident that took place in a luxury hotel in Istanbul turned into an unexpected scandal of violence and theft between two people who met on social media. The event, which involved a stun gun, a knife attack, and the theft of 30,000 TL, resulted in the arrest of the woman who was working as an escort, and she was sent to prison.

Süleyman K. (41), living in Istanbul, called the escort E.Ç. (28), whom he saw and liked on the internet, to a luxury hotel in Şişli on the night of October 31. Süleyman K., who was waiting in the hotel room, opened the door for the young woman but told her that her appearance was different from the photos and asked her to leave immediately.

ATTACKED WITH A TASER DEVICE

Rejected E.Ç. attacked the man with a taser device she brought in her bag. Süleyman K., taken by surprise, became dazed and lost consciousness. After regaining his senses, when he checked the room, he noticed that 30,000 TL and 500 Pounds were missing and questioned E.Ç.

RUSHED TO THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE AFTER COMING TO HIS SENSES

According to the news by Atakan Irmak from Sabah, E.Ç., who came fully equipped, attacked the man with a knife this time, injuring his hand and leaving the hotel. Both robbed and assaulted, Süleyman K. rushed to the prosecutor's office to file a complaint. E.Ç., who was detained and questioned, gave a completely different account of the incident. E.Ç. stated that they met through social media, that there were drugs in the hotel room, and that during the struggle that ensued when Süleyman K. sexually harassed her, she took the money in the room and fled.

ESCORT SENT TO JAIL

She also denied the allegations of the knife and taser. The suspect was arrested by the court and sent to prison. A month after the complaint, Süleyman K. returned to the prosecutor's office, claiming that there was a dispute due to their intoxication on the day of the incident and that there was no injury or theft, thus withdrawing his complaint.

DETAILS FROM THE INDICTMENT

An indictment was prepared as part of the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. The indictment stated that a taser device was found at the crime scene and that according to the report obtained from the forensic medicine institution, Süleyman K. was injured. Although the complaint was withdrawn, it was established that the suspect E.Ç. committed the crime of "robbery with a weapon at night in a residence," and a prison sentence of 10 to 15 years was requested. The suspect's trial will begin at the Istanbul Heavy Penal Court.
