A report from a person in Denizli revealed the game of a fraudster who has been posing as the regional head of MIT and a gendarmerie intelligence captain for years. Following the report, the Gendarmerie Crime Investigation Team (JASAT) and the Central District Gendarmerie Command teams, which are part of the Provincial Gendarmerie Command, initiated work to capture the suspect. The information obtained, as a result of persistent and detailed investigations, identified the fake MIT agent as Adnan K.

The fraudster, who approached the factory owner with a walkie-talkie, claimed, "I am an MIT officer, I need to work here," and was able to get himself hired, while he occasionally took leave from work by saying, "I am going for a check, I am going on duty."
HE DEFRAUDED DOZENS OF PEOPLE JASAT teams determined that Adnan K. had been introducing himself as the MIT Regional Head, a MIT officer, and a gendarmerie intelligence captain for a long time, thus gaining the trust of those around him. Adnan K., who facilitated his transactions by introducing himself in this way to official institutions, was found to have defrauded many people, especially from important professions such as doctors, lawyers, teachers, and notaries, by borrowing money. He introduced himself as a gendarmerie intelligence captain and MIT Regional Head to many individuals, including public officials, businessmen, and tradesmen, and to appear convincing, he took a walkie-talkie with him when he visited these individuals and shared photos when he went to official institutions. It was determined that the suspect, known as an intelligence officer in the city, borrowed money from those whose trust he gained. A report from a person who did not trust the fake MIT Regional Head and gendarmerie intelligence captain Adnan K. revealed all the lies.
