The PFDK announced the penalties for Beşiktaş's black-and-white head coach Sergen Yalçın and player Orkun Kökçü, who received a red card in the Beşiktaş-Fenerbahçe derby played in the 11th week of the Trendyol Super League.
PENALTIES FOR SERGEN YALÇIN AND ORKUN KÖKÇÜ HAVE BEEN DETERMINED
The PFDK stated that Sergen Yalçın, who received a red card and left his team, was given a 1-match ban, while Orkun Kökçü received a 2-match ban. In the statement, it was said, ''BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş. technical responsible ALİ RIZA SERGEN YALÇIN was penalized with a 1 OFFICIAL MATCH BAN FROM THE DRESSING ROOM AND BENCH and a 80,000.-TL FINE due to unsportsmanlike conduct towards the match referee before and after the expulsion, in accordance with articles 36/1-c and 35/4 of the FDT. In the same match, BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş. player ORKUN KÖKÇÜ was penalized with a 2 OFFICIAL MATCH BAN due to a serious foul against an opponent player, in accordance with article 43 of the FDT.''
MATCHES THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PLAY
Beşiktaş's head coach Sergen Yalçın will not be able to be on the sidelines during the match against Antalyaspor. Team captain Orkun Kökçü will also be unable to play in the matches against Antalyaspor and Samsunspor.
