LANDED WITH EMERGENCY CODE
During the flight with flight number VF 183 that took place this morning, a passenger fell ill as the plane entered Ankara airspace. After the cabin crew's initial intervention, the pilots requested landing permission at Ankara Esenboğa Airport by reporting the "emergency landing" code without wasting time.
PASSENGER TAKEN TO HOSPITAL
The plane, which landed smoothly at Esenboğa Airport, had medical teams on standby. The ailing passenger was taken off the plane and transported to the nearest hospital by ambulance.
FLIGHT COMPLETED WITH DELAY
In a formal statement from AJet, it was noted that the plane continued its operation after the passenger was taken to the hospital. The following statements were made regarding the issue:
