KILLER'S STATEMENT: I WAS UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL, I DON'T REMEMBER

The killer Sevil Akdağ, who gave a statement to the judge, said the following: "The place was closing, she told me to come. I didn't want to go because she would sometimes become aggressive when she was drunk. That's why we would sometimes fall out. She spoke loudly, she was using a drug called Lyrica, and the argument escalated. She attacked me with a knife in her hand, I tried to take it from her, but she hit me. She assaulted me, pulled my hair, slapped me, and bit my fingers. I tried to escape, I tried to protect myself. I don't remember if I stabbed her. I don't remember those moments due to the influence of alcohol."
