Mustafa Peksoy, a police officer who was hit by a car while on duty in Istanbul, passed away 3 days later while receiving treatment at the hospital. The news of Peksoy's martyrdom, who had started his profession 9 months ago, was delivered to his family in Kahramanmaras by officials.

A police officer who was hit by a car during a traffic inspection in Istanbul died in the hospital where he was being treated.

In Esenler district, on August 19th, a car hit the vehicles conducting traffic inspections on Mehmet Akif İnan Street in Oruçreis neighborhood.

In the accident, police officer Mustafa Peksoy, who started his profession 9 months ago and was serving in the Traffic Inspection Bureau of Esenler District Police Department, was seriously injured. Peksoy, who was taken to the hospital by healthcare professionals, died today despite the interventions. The investigation into the accident is ongoing.
