We will take necessary steps due to technological developments, the changing needs of society, and the emergence of new disputes in criminal and private law areas. With our Judicial Reform Strategy Document, we will resolutely address these negative issues.

Without compromising the rule of law, we will eliminate the perception of impunity and reorganize the lower limits of penalties to prevent crime. By addressing this reform need based on societal demands, we will continue our efforts uninterruptedly to strengthen the criminal justice system and to provide our country with a more effectively functioning judicial system."
