While emphasizing that justice is a universal value, a common will was expressed to deepen cooperation in the judiciary field. The parties expressed their determination to increase mutual visits and experience sharing.

In his opening speech at the summit, President of the Court of Cassation Kerkez also held bilateral contacts with high-level judicial representatives from Pakistan, Azerbaijan, India, and Uzbekistan. The importance of sharing information and experience between judicial systems was emphasized during the discussions.
During his visit, President of the Court of Cassation Kerkez was accompanied by the Secretary General of the Court of Cassation, Mehmet Fatih Belviranlı, the Press and Public Relations Advisor, Doğukan Türkmenoğlu, and the Consul General of the Republic of Turkey in Shanghai, Özlem Kural.
The meeting was evaluated as an important step in terms of Turkey's judicial diplomacy, while strong messages were given regarding the development of cooperation in the field of justice at the international level.
