Prosecutor Yavuz Engin was spotted in the automotive industry with his 1993 model vehicle. In response to a mechanic's question, "Did the state deem you worthy of this car?" Engin replied, "Don't talk about the state; it doesn't matter which car we drive." The footage featuring this dialogue quickly became a topic of discussion.
Prosecutor Yavuz Engin, who gained public appreciation for dismantling the Newborn Gang, has once again made headlines with a different image. Arriving at an industrial site in Istanbul with a 1993 model vehicle equipped with a rooftop light, Engin attracted the attention of citizens.
"DID OUR STATE THINK THIS WAS WORTHY FOR YOU?"
A mechanic recording with a mobile phone at the auto repair shop humorously asked Prosecutor Engin, "Prosecutor, did our state think this car was worthy for you?"
"DON'T TALK BACK TO THE STATE"
In response to this comment, Prosecutor Engin replied, "Don't talk back to the state, it doesn't matter which car we are in."
WHO IS PROSECUTOR YAVUZ ENGİN?
Born in 1989, Prosecutor Engin started his university education at Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2009 and graduated in 2013. After completing his internship at the Istanbul Bar Association, he began his professional career as a prosecutor candidate in 2014. Following his internship, Prosecutor Engin was appointed to the Saruhanlı Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, and in April 2024, he was promoted to the Büyükçekmece Chief Public Prosecutor's Office by the HSK.
