The Turkish Statistical Institute announced that housing sales decreased by 37.2% in the January-October period compared to the same period of the previous year, totaling 19,212. The most houses were sold to foreigners in Antalya, while the least were sold in Muğla.

The Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) has shared the housing sales statistics for the month of October. According to the information in the shared list, a total of 165,138 houses were sold across Turkey in October. Housing sales increased by 11.9% between January and October.

It was recorded that housing sales to foreigners decreased by 37.2% in the January to October period compared to the same period of the previous year, totaling 19,212.
