The broadcast ban related to the hotel fire at Kartalkaya Ski Resort, which claimed the lives of 76 of our citizens, has been lifted. RTÜK President Ebubekir Şahin announced the decision, stating, "We thank all media organizations that complied with the broadcast ban and acted with a sense of responsibility."

In a fire tragedy at a hotel in Kartalkaya Ski Resort in Bolu, 76 people lost their lives, and the broadcasting ban imposed yesterday afternoon was lifted this morning.

RTÜK President Ebubekir Şahin announced the decision, stating, "We thank all media organizations that complied with the broadcasting ban and acted with a sense of responsibility."

Şahin's post on X was as follows: "To the public and our broadcasters' attention, the broadcasting ban imposed by the Bolu 2nd Criminal Court of Peace regarding the hotel fire at Bolu Kartalkaya Ski Resort has been lifted. Details regarding the decision have been published on our official website."
