A dispute between two relatives in Istanbul turned violent. One of the relatives shot the other with a shotgun and fled on a motorcycle.
In Istanbul's Çekmeköy, a dispute between two individuals, who were found to be relatives, escalated into a gunfight. Hakkı K., who was shot with a shotgun, was taken to the hospital while Oğuz B. fled the scene on a motorcycle.
The incident occurred in the evening at a building located on Nalan Street in the Merkez neighborhood. According to reports, a dispute broke out between Oğuz B. and Hakkı K. for an unknown reason.
INJURED HIS RELATIVE WITH A SHOTGUN
During the rapidly escalating argument, Oğuz B. fired at Hakkı K. with a shotgun. Upon notification from the surrounding people, health and police teams were dispatched to the scene. Hakkı K., who was injured in the leg, was taken to the hospital by ambulance after the initial intervention of the health teams at the scene.
While police teams were conducting an investigation at the scene, it was determined that the suspect Oğuz B. had fled on a motorcycle after the incident. It was learned that there had been a prior feud between the two individuals, and efforts were ongoing to capture the fleeing suspect.
