The restaurant, located in Hollywood, has started hosting a "Naked Dining Experience" event on the first Monday of every month, offering customers the chance to dine without clothes.
"LEGAL COMPLIANCE"
Restaurant owner and chef Maurad Ali stated that the concept was inspired by a naturist group that rented the venue. Emphasizing their desire to make a difference in the highly competitive industry, Ali announced that after the great interest shown in the first event, they have made it a monthly regular occurrence. Hollywood City Spokesperson Joann Hussey also confirmed that the practice is legal, given the conditions that staff remain clothed and the event is a closed private function.
THE COST OF NAKED DINING: $250 FOR MEN, $150 FOR WOMEN
According to The People, the event, limited to approximately 20 participants, has the following participation requirements and fee policy:
Entry fees: Men pay $250, women pay $150, and couples pay $300.
Menu contents: The price includes a champagne toast, as well as a 5-course steakhouse menu consisting of filet mignon, Florida lobster tail, truffle pasta, and dessert.
Dress code: Guests aged 18 and over undress in a private area after entering. Although robes, seat cushions, and knee covers are provided for those who want them, most guests choose not to use the robes.
Safety and hygiene: Restaurant staff remain fully clothed throughout the event, and any unsolicited physical contact with other guests is strictly prohibited.
The next gathering of this unusual event will take place on Monday, September 7th, between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
