30-year-old Yildirim Ersan lost his life after losing control of his motorcycle in a sharp turn while riding with friends in Sile, Istanbul, and being thrown into a wooded area. The dangerous Darlik Road, which frequently makes headlines due to fatal accidents and where Ceyda Yakova previously lost her life, was captured from the air, and skid marks were also reflected in the footage.
30-year-old Yildirim Ersan, who went on a motorcycle tour with a group of friends in Istanbul's Sile district, lost his life after his motorcycle veered out of control on a curve and crashed into a forested area. Following the tragic incident, the Darlik Road, known as the death curve, was captured from the air.
SLID ON THE CURVE, VEERED INTO FORESTED AREA
The accident occurred around 15:00 yesterday on Sile Darlik Road. According to the information obtained, while Yildirim Ersan was riding with his friends, he lost control of his motorcycle due to the tire slipping on a curve he entered at high speed. Ersan, who veered off and fell into a forested area, was seriously injured and was taken to Sile State Hospital after the first intervention by health teams who arrived at the scene upon notice.
The young driver could not be saved despite all the doctors' efforts. It was learned that after the procedures at the Forensic Medicine Institute were completed, Ersan's body would be buried at Hekimbasi Cemetery following the afternoon prayer.

The Darlik Road, where the fatal accident occurred, was captured from the air with a drone. While the brake marks on the dangerous road, known for its sharp curves, drew attention, it was revealed that a similar disaster had occurred at the same spot before.
SECOND DISASTER ON THE SAME ROAD
In another accident that occurred in the same area on Monday, August 17, 21-year-old Ceyda Yakova, who was returning from visiting a friend, also lost her life.
Yakova's motorcycle hit gravel at Avlak Curve and crashed into a direction sign; she lost her life struggle at Sancaktepe Sehit Prof. Dr. Ilhan Varank Training and Research Hospital where she was taken.
