İsmail Serkan Yelgin, the company's lawyer, who made a statement regarding the Marmara Forum Shopping Mall, which has 135,000 square meters of leasable space and hosts 300 stores, said, "The news that Marmara Forum Shopping Mall has been sold, which is circulating on internet news sites and various platforms, does not reflect the truth, and at this stage, there has been no change in the partnership structure. The legal process is ongoing. The majority shareholder of Marmara Forum Shopping Mall is still the Gezer Family. At this stage, there is no change in the partnership structure."
STATEMENT REGARDING THE PARTNERSHIP STRUCTURE
