The statement of the owner of the "trash house" who stabbed the police in Bursa has emerged: I am a prophet, I am the president.

The statement of 68-year-old Feyzullah Yasa, who resisted the municipal teams who came to clean his house, which he turned into a "garbage house" in Bursa, and stabbed police officer T.K. in the arm while trying to convince him, has emerged. It was learned that Yasa said, "I am a prophet, I am the president."

The incident took place on July 4th around 11:00 in Tayakadın Neighborhood in the central Osmangazi district. The municipal teams of Osmangazi Municipality Cleaning Works Directorate, who received a "garbage house" report, arrived at the address on Ürünlü Street. Feyzullah Yasa, the owner of the two-story house who saw the municipal teams in front of him, threatened the teams with a knife and did not let them in. Upon the notification of the teams who couldn't enter the house, the police were dispatched to the address.

STABBED THE POLICE IN THE ARM

Yasa stabbed police officer T.H. in the arm while he was trying to open the door. While additional teams were sent to the area, the injured police officer was taken to Bursa High Specialization Training and Research Hospital for treatment after the initial intervention of the health teams. The police tried to render Feyzullah Yasa, who continued to resist, ineffective by spraying pepper gas through the broken window. Yasa came out with the knife in his hand and attacked the teams again. Yasa, who was caught when the knife fell from his hand, was taken to Çekirge State Hospital as a precaution.

"I AM A PROPHET, I AM THE PRESIDENT"

Feyzullah Yasa, who was taken into custody after his treatment, gave a statement to the prosecutor at the courthouse. Yasa, who said "I am a prophet, I am the president" in his statement, was referred to the Dörtçelik Mental Health and Diseases Additional Service Building of Bursa High Specialization Training and Research Hospital upon the prosecutor's instructions. Feyzullah Yasa was treated there.
