New statements have been obtained in the prostitution investigation conducted against Antalya's Muhittin Böcek. It is alleged that 11 young women were directed to have sexual relations with Muhittin Böcek under the promise of employment, and the case file includes numerous victim testimonies regarding group sex, relations with two sisters, and relations with underage girls. In the statements, according to the complainant's claim, Böcek reportedly said, 'I was 17, he would say, "I wish you were 16."'
In the prostitution investigation conducted by the Antalya Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, striking allegations were included in the complainant-victim statements dated August 7, August 11, and August 25, 2026, in the file regarding the detained Muhittin Böcek.
SHOCKING FIRST STATEMENT: HE ASKED IF MY SISTER AND I COULD HAVE SEXUAL RELATIONS WITH BÖCEK
In the statement dated August 7, 2026, a complainant said that because he was under the influence of alcohol on the day he was detained, he could not give a detailed statement and wanted to make a detailed statement. The complainant stated that about 2-3 years ago, a person whose name is hidden in the transcript image contacted him and his sister, and claimed that this person asked them if they could be with Muhittin Böcek.
When they asked how he knew Böcek, he stated that a woman named Tuğçe Güney organized the event and said there would be no problem. In his statement, the complainant explained that he and his sister accepted the offer because Böcek was a "powerful person."
GROUP SEX WITH MUHİTTİN BÖCEK AT THE HOUSE IN KONYAALTI
According to the complainant's account, he and his sister were taken to a house he remembered being in Konyaaltı. In the house, there was another man whose name he did not remember, along with Muhittin Böcek. The complainant alleged that this man was involved in politics and therefore did not want to reveal his name.
According to the statement, first his sister and the unidentified man went to another room. Then, the complainant stated that group sexual intercourse occurred between himself, his sister, and Muhittin Böcek. The complainant also said that while they were dancing in oriental outfits, about 3 thousand dollars were pinned on them, so they did not receive any additional payment.
SECOND STATEMENT: I WILL GET YOU A JOB AT THE MUNICIPALITY IN EXCHANGE FOR SEXUAL INTERCOURSE
In the statement dated August 11, 2026, other remarkable statements were included. The complainant recounted that she encountered Muhittin Böcek at a dinner, that Böcek kept looking at her, and that this made her uncomfortable. After dinner, a person whose name was hidden sent her Böcek's phone number.
She claimed that her intermediary told her, "President Muhittin liked you, send a message introducing yourself; you need money, he will help you in every way." The complainant said she then sent a message to Böcek, and Böcek replied to her, "We've met now, I know you, from now on you will have a completely different life."
The complainant said that in the following period, Böcek occasionally sent her messages and brought the conversation to the topic of sexual intercourse. According to the statement, Böcek also promised to buy her a phone and get her a job at the municipality.
"YOU CANNOT ENTER THE MUNICIPALITY WITHOUT BEING WITH BÖCEK"
The complainant stated that she returned to Gaziantep during the pandemic and then came back to Antalya when in-person education began. She recounted that she got back in touch with the person she knew before and whose name is hidden in the transcript to work in daily jobs, and this person told her, "You cannot make a living with daily jobs; let's get you a job at the municipality."
The complainant said she happily accepted the offer, but then the same person told her there was "something she needed to do" for this. According to the complainant's statement, she was explicitly told, "You cannot enter the municipality without having sexual intercourse with President Muhittin."
The complainant stated that she initially firmly rejected the offer; however, she stated that her intermediary told her that Böcek was old, would call her only once a month, and that after another woman had a similar relationship, an office was opened and a car was bought for her. The complainant, who said she was in financial difficulty, stated that she finally had to accept the offer.
BÖCEK: YOU LOOK 16 YEARS OLD; I LIKED THAT YOU ARE LIKE A CHILD
The complainant recounted that in September 2021, she was taken by the person whose name is hidden in her personal car to a house in the Boğaçayı area, which she remembered as being in Block C of the site called "Bileydi," where Muhittin Böcek was. She said they went up to the house with an intermediary, and Böcek greeted them; after drinking a glass of whiskey each, the intermediary left the house.
According to the complainant's claim, before sexual intercourse, Böcek told her, "How old are you, you look like you are 16, I liked that you are like a child." The complainant then stated that she had sexual intercourse with Böcek.
INTERMEDIARY: TRY TO GET PREGNANT; HE WILL SEND YOU ABROAD!
The complainant said that after leaving the house, the intermediary asked her what happened, and when she told what happened, she was unhappy and cried. According to the complainant's statement, the intermediary then told her that Böcek was very busy, would call her only once a month, and that her life would change from then on.
In the statement, the intermediary also said, "try to get pregnant, he will send you abroad; Melek got pregnant, her life changed." The complainant noted in her statement that she did not know who this person mentioned was.
ALLEGATION OF HOTEL EXPENSES AND 1 YEAR OF RENT
According to the complainant's account, after the first intercourse, the intermediary, on Muhittin Böcek's instruction, placed her in a hotel called Grida City in Konyaaltı. The complainant said that the hotel expenses were also covered by Böcek through the intermediary.
She then said that a rental house was sought in Konyaaltı to be close to Böcek, and after moving into the house, the rent was paid by Muhittin Böcek for about a year.
The complainant stated that during this approximately one-year period, she had sexual intercourse with Böcek 7-8 times at the house in Boğaçayı. The complainant, who stated that Böcek often told her, "I wish you were 16," recounted that when she wanted to get botox or fillers, Böcek objected, saying her "childlike appearance would disappear."
According to the complainant's statement, Böcek also did not want her to get her nails done; he wanted her to cut them all off and not wear nail polish.
BÖCEK: IF YOU HAVE A GIRLFRIEND, BRING HER, LET'S HAVE A GROUP
The complainant stated that in one meeting, Böcek told her, "If you have a girlfriend, bring her, let's have a group," but she did not bring anyone. In another meeting, she said that when she went to the house, Gökhan Böcek was also at home, and after shaking hands with her, he left the house.
The complainant also said that in a later period, Böcek demanded a different form of sexual intercourse that she did not want, and when she refused, she was threatened with cutting off financial support.
One of the striking parts of the statement dated August 11 was the allegations regarding tenders. The complainant said that during some of his visits to Böcek's house, a person whose name was concealed in the record would also leave the house with him, and after chatting for a while, he would leave.
The complainant stated that this person constantly asked for certain tenders to be given to him during the meetings. He recounted the dialogue he remembered as follows: "Mr. President, I assume you will give us the tender we want in return for these."
SHOCKING STATEMENT IN THE 3RD TESTIMONY: I WAS 17 YEARS OLD!
One of the most striking statements in the investigation was reflected in the testimony dated August 25, 2026. The complainant said he wanted to give an additional statement so that the people he claimed had dragged him and other young girls like him into prostitution would be punished.
The complainant specifically noted that he was 17 years old when the events began. According to his statement, a friend told him that he knew a person named Özcan Say, and that Say "sent girls to rich people and to Muhittin Böcek." The complainant also stated that his friend said sending him to Böcek would bring in more money due to his age and virginity.
The complainant explained that due to his financial needs, he agreed to meet Özcan Say. He said that he then went to an address given to him, where he encountered Özcan Say and people whose names are hidden in the footage. According to the complainant's statement, these people asked him, "You are under 18 and a virgin, is that correct?" The complainant said he confirmed this.
He then stated that he was taken to a duplex house in Lara, near a hair salon he said belonged to Özcan Say.
AT THE HOUSE I WAS TAKEN TO FOR MONEY, I WAS WITH MUHİTTİN BÖCEK
The complainant said that when he entered the house, Muhittin Böcek was inside, whom he did not know personally before but knew because he was the mayor. According to his statement, one of the intermediaries gave him 1,000 TL and then left the house.
The complainant alleged that he was left alone with Böcek in the house for a short time and was subjected to sexual intercourse there. He then said that Özcan Say and the other person returned to the house, picked up Böcek, and he himself returned home.
COMMON POINT IN THE FILE: INTERMEDIARIES, MONEY, AND MUNICIPAL RESOURCES
It is seen that the accounts in the statements taken on three different dates intersect at some points. In the complainant-victim statements, it is stated that the women were directed to Muhittin Böcek not directly, but through intermediaries.
The statement dated August 7 contains the claim that two sisters were taken to Böcek within the same organization and group sexual intercourse occurred, while the statement dated August 11 describes being directed to sexual intercourse through the promise of a job at the municipality and a financial support relationship lasting approximately one year.
The statement dated August 25 stands out as one of the most serious allegations in the file because the victim says she was 17 years old at the time of the incident and notes that her age and virginity were specifically questioned by the intermediaries.
