President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli held their first meeting of the new year yesterday at Bahçeli's residence in Ankara. The closed-door meeting lasted approximately 40 minutes. It is evaluated that critical issues were discussed during the meeting, and the detail of the "white file" drew attention. DETAIL OF THE "WHITE FILE" IN THE MEETINGIn the photos featuring Erdoğan and Bahçeli, a white file was seen on the coffee table. After the meeting, Bahçeli accompanied Erdoğan to the door. In the images of the two leaders exiting the residence, it was noted that the white file on the table was in the hands of Hasan Doğan, the Chief of Staff of the Presidency, who was walking just behind Erdoğan and Bahçeli. It was observed that Doğan, holding an open white file, did not have any file in his hands when entering the residence. It is evaluated that the "terror-free Turkey" goal and the new phase in Syria were discussed during the meeting between the two leaders, which began with the Imralı process. On the other hand, the delegation consisting of DEM Party members Sırrı Süreyya Önder, Pervin Buldan, and Ahmet Türk, who visited PKK leader Abdullah Öcalan in Imralı, first visited Devlet Bahçeli on January 2. It was understood that Sırrı Süreyya Önder, who entered the meeting with a file in hand, left the file with Bahçeli at the end of the meeting.
