The beloved actor Engin Benli, known for his role in the series "Kanıt," was a guest on the "Haber Bahane" program, which took place in the Haberler.com studio. Benli, who stated that he lost his sister and father at an untimely age, said, "I lost my sister to cancer, and my father in a traffic accident when I was 23. I was very rebellious and became melancholic."

Actor Engin Benli was a guest on the News Bahane program hosted by Gökay Kalaycıoğlu at Haberler.com studios. Benli shared that he lost his sister to cancer and his father in a traffic accident.

"I LOST MY SISTER TO CANCER, AND MY FATHER IN A TRAFFIC ACCIDENT"

"Unfortunately, we lost my sister. We lost her to cancer, and there was a bit of negligence involved. My sister hid her cancer from us. We only noticed it in the last month. She told us after it was in the 4th stage of her illness. My mother noticed my sister's condition. The doctor told us, 'Your sister is leaving, she doesn't have much time left.' We were shocked. My niece lives with my mother. I also go to Izmir from time to time. I realized that I had experienced so much; I lost my father in a traffic accident when I was 23 years old. I used to dwell on it a lot, but I have either accepted or forgiven it, I don't know. I was very rebellious. I would get angry over silly things and become melancholic. Because just think, as the man of the house, you are the only one who can see your father at that moment, and they are asking about your father as an expert. They used to ask me if I was affected by seeing a lot of corpses in the series 'Kanıt,' but I know that it is makeup. However, when you encounter a real corpse, it is something entirely different, especially if it is someone very close to you, like your father; you can't get it out of your mind," he said.
