NOTTINGHAM, WHO ELIMINATED FENERBAHÇE, DOESN'T STOP
Nottingham Forest, who drew attention by eliminating Fenerbahçe in the tournament, hosted Aston Villa in the semi-finals. The English team won 1-0 with a penalty goal by Chris Wood in the 71st minute, gaining a significant advantage before the second leg.
DEMIR EGE'S MARK ON BRAGA
In the other match of the night, Braga defeated Freiburg 2-1 at home. One of the goals that brought victory to the Portuguese team came from national player Demir Ege Tıknaz in the 8th minute. Mario Dorgeles sealed the score in stoppage time. Vincenzo Grifo scored Freiburg's only goal.
