SUSPECTS IN COURTThe suspects, father, mother, and ex-wife, were taken to the Gaziosmanpaşa Courthouse after completing their statements at the Homicide Bureau of the Istanbul Police Department's Public Order Branch. The children of father Cahit Eşiyok were handed over to a child protection institution by the teams. DIVORCED AGAIN 15 DAYS AGOMeanwhile, new information about the family has emerged. Allegedly, Cahit and Meryem Eşiyok got married in 2008 and had children H.E. (13), E.E. (12), and Melike, whose body was found. On January 15, 2018, the couple decided to divorce due to irreconcilable differences. After this decision, the father lived with Zehra Ö. for a while. Four years ago, in 2020, Meryem and Cahit got married again and had another child named Ö.E. The couple divorced again 12 days ago on November 15. WHAT HAPPENED?On November 22, E.E. went to her guidance counselor and said, "My father killed my sister and threw her into the lake," revealing the murder committed six years ago.
