Workers at the SHOK Market's Trabzon Warehouse, operating under Yıldız Holding, went on strike. Reacting to the working conditions and wage policies, the employees said, "There is no ventilation, we are working in dust and dirt. There are those who have scabies. They say they are making improvements by adding 509 TL to the 28,000 TL given by the government. They are threatening us, either work or leave."
Workers at the SHOCK Market's Trabzon Warehouse raised the flag of rebellion. The workers stated that there was insufficient ventilation in their working areas and that they were experiencing health problems due to intense dust and hygiene issues. They also mentioned that there were cases of scabies among some employees.
WAGE REACTION: THEY PRESENT 509 TL AS IMPROVEMENT
The workers reacted to wage increases as well. They pointed out that only 509 TL was added to the state-determined minimum wage of 28,000 TL, and this was presented as "improvement," stating that the increase was insufficient in the face of living conditions.

Warehouse employees claimed that they faced pressure when expressing their demands. The workers reacted by stating that they were threatened by managers with "Either work or leave."
