During strong winds in Istanbul's Sultanbeyli district, interesting moments occurred. Greengrocer Ömer Zeyrek, refusing to let go of the pole of his market canopy as it was about to topple, was lifted meters into the air. Those moments were captured on a mobile phone camera.

In the neighborhood market established yesterday in Sultanbeyli, the strong wind that was effective caused difficult moments for the vendors. Ömer Zeyrek, who has been a market vendor for about 14 years, held onto the pole when the strong wind lifted the tarp. Zeyrek, who did not let go of the pole, rose a few meters into the air as the tarp lifted due to the wind. While nearby citizens were astonished, Zeyrek safely descended to the ground after other vendors brought the tarp under control.

The interesting moments were captured second by second on a mobile phone camera by Ömer Zeyrek's cousin, Emre Zeyrek.

The footage includes scenes where the tarp rapidly rises due to the wind, Zeyrek rises a few meters into the air by tightly holding onto the pole, and nearby vendors and citizens watch the event in astonishment.
