A woman with eight children and a long criminal record was caught with her 13-year-old son after committing a burglary in a house in Samsun. Both the mother and son were arrested after being brought to court. It was learned that the woman, who was sent to prison in tears, frequently gave birth to avoid going to jail.

The incident occurred in the Zafer neighborhood of İlkadım district in Samsun. Police teams launched an investigation after approximately 20,000 TL in cash was stolen from a residence. As a result of the follow-up and research conducted by the Samsun Provincial Police Department's Public Order Branch Theft Bureau, it was determined that the theft was carried out by Saniye G. (31) and her 13-year-old son, Ç.G.

As part of the operations carried out by the police teams, the mother and son were quickly apprehended and taken into custody. It was learned that Saniye G. has 60 separate criminal records for theft from a residence.

On the other hand, it was reported that Saniye G., who is a mother of 8 children, had previously received a total prison sentence of approximately 60 years for theft, which was postponed due to her having a baby. It was noted that her youngest child is 6 months old and her oldest child is 13 years old. It was learned that the suspect frequently gives birth to avoid going to prison.

The 13-year-old Ç.G., who was involved in the theft with his mother, was handed over to the Child Branch Directorate for processing.
