The young woman, who entered the interview confident in her education and professional background, reacted harshly, stating that the attitude she encountered was not about merit but solely about her gender.
'WE CAN'T HIRE A FEMALE MANAGER' RESPONSE SHOCKS
In a video she recorded after the interview, the individual, unable to hide her disappointment, claimed that the official had openly discriminated against her. The young woman stated that during the meeting she was told, 'We can't hire a female manager,' and expressed the following:
"My education and experience have nothing to do with it. I am seen as inadequate in that interview because of my gender. And this is from a supermarket chain! What does 'we don't hire female managers' even mean!"
