SCREAMS WERE HEARD FROM THE APARTMENT
The incident occurred on the evening of February 27 in an apartment on Çağlayan Street in the Mimar Sinan neighborhood. Upon hearing screams coming from the apartment where Gül Dağ lived with her mother, the residents of the building reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center. Following the report, health and police teams were dispatched to the address. The police teams that entered the apartment found Gül Dağ lying on the kitchen floor in a pool of blood. Health teams determined that Dağ had a stab wound to her throat and had lost her life. Gül Dağ's body was taken to the morgue for the determination of the exact cause of death.

It has been learned that Gül Dağ was retired from abroad, had lost her husband some time ago, had taken her mother in, and had been caring for her for 6 months. In the statement of the mother, who was present in the house during the incident, it was noted that she said she was watching television and went to the kitchen when her daughter did not come to her for a long time, and found her motionless on the floor.
