In Istanbul's Kağıthane district, an argument over yielding in traffic between two groups turned into a knife fight. It was learned that Mert B., who was stabbed in the back, was seriously injured, while Enes Furkan Y., Bora S., and Atakan K. were lightly wounded. Police teams arriving at the scene fired into the air to separate the parties. As the injured were taken to the hospital, Kağıthane Public Order Bureau teams identified those involved in the incident.

4 PEOPLE STABBED
The incident occurred around 20:00 yesterday in Merkez Mahallesi. According to information obtained, a dispute broke out between two groups over yielding in traffic. As the argument quickly escalated, in the ensuing knife fight, Mert B. was wounded in the back, Enes Furkan Y. in the leg, Bora S. in the calf, and Atakan K. in the hip.
POLICE SEPARATED BY FIRING INTO THE AIR
Upon the report, police teams arriving at the scene intervened in the fight by firing into the air to separate the parties. After initial medical intervention at the scene by health teams, the seriously injured Mert B., Enes Furkan Y., Bora S., and Atakan K. were taken to nearby hospitals by ambulances for treatment. It was learned that among the injured, Mert B. had a total of 3 records at the police station for charges including 'Drug trafficking', 'Drug use', and 'Negligent injury'. In the police's investigation into the incident, it was determined that the suspects came to the scene in a car with license plate 34 PFM 90.
KAĞITHANE PUBLIC ORDER POLICE CAUGHT THEM
Teams from the Kağıthane Public Order Bureau conducted an operation on a house in Beyoğlu Hacıahmet Mahallesi to catch the suspects. Eyüp Ö. (65), Senem Ö. (61), and Haydar Ö. (35), who were found in the house and determined to have been involved in the incident, were taken into custody. It was learned that Eyüp Ö., who was detained, had a total of 22 records for crimes including 'Intentional injury' and 'Theft from an open area', Senem Ö. had a total of 19 records for 'Pickpocketing' and 'Theft', and Haydar Ö. had a total of 26 records for 'Theft', 'Intentional injury', and 'Drug use'. The 3 suspects taken into custody were brought to the police station.
SUSPECTS' TOTAL CRIME RECORD IS 86
In the investigations, it was determined that Eyüp Ö. (21), the driver of the car, was the person who used the knife in the incident. It was learned that suspect Eyüp Ö. had a total of 19 records, primarily for crimes including 'Pickpocketing', 'Theft from an open area', 'Drug use', 'Theft from a workplace', and 'Violation of the firearms law'. It was noted that efforts to capture Eyüp Ö. are ongoing.
