Thus, the per-liter price of diesel fell below the 100 TL threshold in many provinces, especially Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir.
HOW MUCH IS DIESEL PER LITER NOW?
After the discount, diesel per-liter prices in cities fell to the following levels:
- Istanbul: 95.09 TL
- Ankara: 96.16 TL
- Izmir: 96.47 TL

THE DECLINE IN OIL PRICES WAS EFFECTIVE
The reduction in diesel prices is due to the decline in global oil prices. After the US midterm elections, strengthening expectations that the war in Iran could end influenced pricing in oil markets. Following the drop in oil prices, a significant reduction also occurred in the per-liter price of diesel.
