Law enforcement units determined that the individuals making these violent posts and attempting to normalize the attack were organized via Telegram.
IDENTITIES IDENTIFIED
As a result of technical surveillance conducted by Cyber Crime Investigation teams, the identities of the individuals engaging in provocation were identified one by one. It was reported that judicial proceedings have been swiftly initiated against these individuals, who aimed to create public outrage and praised the criminal, and that oversight of similar structures on digital platforms has been increased.
