A 3-meter long and 150-kilogram weight catfish caught in the Meriç River in Edirne has been put up for sale at a price of 450 lira per kilogram.
Barış Bayırlı, who is engaged in fishing in the Çorlu district of Tekirdağ, bought a 3-meter long, 150-kilogram weight catfish caught in the Meriç River and started displaying it at his stall. Those who saw the fish hanging from the end of a forklift took photos.

Bayırlı stated that after being cleaned, the fish is offered for sale at 450 lira per kilogram, saying, "Our fish was caught on the Meriç River side of Edirne. It is approximately 3 meters long and around 150 kilograms. We brought this type of fish, called catfish, and displayed it in front of our shop. Passersby stop to look and take photos. It attracted great interest from the public," he said.
