THY General Manager Bilal Ekşi announced on his social media account that flights to Damascus will start on January 23, with three flights a week.

"WE ARE RETURNING TO DAMASCUS"

Referring to the poem by Sezai Karakoç, Ekşi used the following expressions in his statement on social media: "I have known Damascus since a thousand years ago.
