TOKI announced the anticipated schedule for the Istanbul phase of the 'Housing Project of the Century.' The lottery draw to determine the eligible recipients for 100,000 social housing units in Istanbul will begin on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at 14:00 at Atatürk Airport Millet Bahçesi. The marathon, which will last three days and be completed on April 27, can be followed live on TOKI's official YouTube channel. Candidates will be able to learn the results instantly according to the schedule determined by their lottery sequence numbers.

The lottery for determining the right holders for the 000 Housing Project will begin on April 25, 2026, at 14:00 at "Atatürk Airport Nation Park" and will end on April 27, 2026, when the lottery drawing program concludes.
