"According to the 2025 Presidential Annual Program," it is aimed to ensure that everyone, especially low-income individuals, has access to affordable, energy-efficient, resilient, safe, and healthy housing within the framework of the right to housing, through a holistic approach to housing planning and management for a sustainable urban environment, and an effectively functioning housing market based on data. 200,068 HOUSES IN 4 YEARS FROM TOKİIn Turkey, 200,068 houses were completed and delivered to the rightful owners through TOKİ between 2019 and 2023. Approximately 90% of these were social housing. TOKİ, which has been building social housing for low-income citizens for years and enabling them to become homeowners as if they were paying rent, continues its social housing projects. In this context, TOKİ built 125,000 social houses in 2023 and completed the construction of 68,695 houses in the January-September 2024 period. Thus, it is anticipated that the target of 100,000 houses in 2024 will be achieved. According to the annual program, in 2025, collective housing applications will be carried out for low-income individuals, women, people with disabilities, and youth, especially to produce healthy solutions to the housing problem in cities. In this context, it is aimed to produce an additional 100,000 social houses for low and middle-income individuals next year.
