Galatasaray has set a roadmap to keep Lucas Torreira, who is on the radar of South American teams, in the team. The yellow-red management plans to sit down with the Uruguayan star in May.
NEGOTIATIONS WILL BE HELD IN MAY
Management has taken action for Torreira, who is considering returning to his country due to his father's illness. According to a report by Türkiye Gazetesi, Galatasaray officials will meet with the experienced player at the end of the season to eliminate the possibility of separation.
LOYALTY BONUS AND SALARY FORMULA
A new offer will be presented to the 30-year-old player, who has a contract until the summer of 2028 and earns approximately 4 million euros annually with bonuses. The management will increase Torreira's salary to 4.5 million euros.
With success bonuses and additional items under the name of "loyalty bonus," the Uruguayan star's annual earnings will rise to between 5 and 5.5 million euros.
