RAMS Başakşehir qualified for European competitions after Trabzonspor won the Ziraat Turkey Cup. The orange-navy team, which finished 5th in the Trendyol Süper Lig, earned the right to participate in European competitions for the 10th time in 12 seasons since its establishment.
RAMS Başakşehir finished the 2025-2026 Super League season in 5th place with 57 points, obtained from 16 wins, 6 draws, and 9 losses in 34 matches.
RAMS BAŞAKŞEHIR SECURED THE EUROPEAN TICKET
The orange-navy team earned the right to participate in the UEFA Europa Conference League after Trabzonspor won the Ziraat Turkish Cup. With the burgundy-navy team, who finished 3rd in the league, winning the cup, Beşiktaş will play in the UEFA Europa League, and Başakşehir will play in the UEFA Conference League qualifiers.
GOING TO EUROPE FOR THE 10TH TIME
The Istanbul representative, which has spent its 12th season since its founding year 2014, earned the right to compete in European cups for the 10th time. Başakşehir will start their Conference League journey from the 2nd qualifying round. If they pass this round, the orange-navy team will advance to the 3rd qualifying round, and then compete in the play-off stage. The Istanbul representative defeated Viking FK 3-1 away in the next stage and drew 1-1 at home, advancing to the play-off round. Başakşehir faced Universitatea Craiova in the play-off round for the league stage, losing 2-1 at home and 3-1 away, bidding farewell to Europe.
