In a traffic accident that occurred in Kadıköy, Istanbul, 22-year-old Gizem Demirci lost her life after being hit by a vehicle driven by M.K. The driver responsible for the accident, M.K., was released to stand trial without detention.

The vehicle used by 50-year-old pediatrician M.K., located on Bağdat Avenue in Kadıköy, Istanbul, hit 22-year-old Gizem Demirci, who was leaving home for work in the morning hours.



Gizem Demirci, who was taken to Göztepe Training and Research Hospital by the ambulance called by nearby citizens, could not leave the intensive care unit for 2 days.

It was learned that Gizem's sister had recently married and was expecting a child, and her mother suffered a nervous breakdown after receiving the news of her death; the young girl's body will be handed over to her family after the autopsy.



DRIVER RELEASED



M.K., who caused the death of Gizem Demirci, was released to stand trial without detention.
