At the gala organized by the New York Young Republicans Club, Donald Trump's campaign advisor Alex Bruesewitz collapsed on stage while speaking. During the event in Manhattan on Sunday night, Bruesewitz began to slur his words while introducing Dan Scavino, who will be a senior advisor in the upcoming White House administration, and fainted in front of hundreds of attendees. Disturbing footage shows Bruesewitz knocking over the podium as he fainted. The event's host and former advisor to British politician Nigel Farage, Raheem Kassam, shortly informed the attendees that Bruesewitz was doing well. Kassam stated, "Alex asked me, 'Did I at least look cool?' I replied, 'I've never seen anyone use gravity as well as you did in my life.' After the incident, Donald Trump called to wish his advisor a speedy recovery. Trump said, "I know Alex will be fine because he is a very tough guy. He is a very special person, and I want to send him my regards." Bruesewitz, who is the CEO of X Strategies LLC, is known as a figure fighting against anti-Trump Republicans and supporting the MAGA movement. The mission of his company is stated as helping candidates who advocate for the "America First" policy to get elected. The gala event, which had a black tie requirement, took place at Cipriani Wall Street and hosted prominent speakers, including Farage, Scavino, former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon, and senior Trump advisor Corey Lewandowski.
