The couple Ferdi Tayfur and Necla Nazır, who met on a film set in 1977 and started a romantic relationship, welcomed their daughter, whom they named Tuğçe, in 1988. Recently, Ferdi Tayfur, who has been in the news due to issues with his daughter Tuğçe Tayfur, had prohibited her from using his surname immediately after she created a brand with the "Tayfur" surname. The tension between father and daughter also involved mother Necla Nazır, who stated, "What did Tuğçe do to you? She had no eye on your property or wealth.
