A suspect who entered Kim Kardashian's luxury mansion in California took some items from the home and then tried to escape by stealing a vehicle belonging to one of the employees. It was learned that Kardashian and her children were not at home during the incident.
A theft scare occurred at world-famous reality show star Kim Kardashian's $60 million mansion in Hidden Hills, California. Police teams were dispatched to the scene on Sunday afternoon following a report of unauthorized entry onto the property.
THE THIEF'S ACTIONS LEFT EVERYONE STUNNED
Police teams encountered a male suspect inside the mansion. It was reported that the suspect took some personal belongings from the property and then attempted to flee the area by stealing a car belonging to one of Kardashian's employees.
The suspect, who was driving around the neighborhood in the stolen vehicle, was quickly apprehended following police intervention. The detained individual was later arrested and sent to jail.
KARDASHIAN AND HER CHILDREN WERE NOT HOME
It was learned that Kim Kardashian and her four children were not at the mansion during the incident. It was reported that Kardashian and her family had been staying in a nearby rented house for some time due to ongoing extensive renovation work at the home.
The mansion, purchased by Kim Kardashian and her ex-husband Kanye West in 2014 for $20 million, was opened for the family's use after a renovation carried out in 2017. The luxury property's current value is stated to be over $60 million.
