Unbelievable incident! The funeral given to the wrong family was taken out of the grave and transferred to the morgue.

The funeral given to the wrong family in Çorum was exhumed from the grave and taken to the morgue with the permission of the prosecutor's office. Criminal and administrative investigations have been initiated regarding the incident.

The funeral, which was buried in the Alaca district of Çorum, was found to belong to a different person, so the coffin was opened and the body was taken to the hospital morgue.

According to the information received, Zeki Aksakal and Nuri Yalçınkaya, who were being treated at Alaca State Hospital, died on the same day. After the procedures in the morgue, Nuri Yalçınkaya's body was mistakenly delivered to Zeki Aksakal's family.

After the funeral prayer performed at Sebilullal Mosque after the noon prayer yesterday, the body was buried in Alaca City Cemetery. However, today, when Nuri Yalçınkaya's family went to the hospital to receive the body, they realized that the body given to them in the morgue did not belong to Yalçınkaya, so a criminal and administrative investigation was launched.

In the investigation, it was determined that the bodies of Aksakal and Yalçınkaya were mixed up, so with the permission of the prosecutor, the grave was opened and Yalçınkaya's body was taken out. It was learned that the bodies, which were taken to Alaca State Hospital morgue, will be buried tomorrow.
