Volkan Demirel has become the new head coach of Bodrumspor.

After retiring from football, Volkan Demirel took on the role of assistant coach at Fenerbahçe and embarked on his first experience as a head coach at Fatih Karagümrük. Later, he managed Hatayspor and left his position on May 3rd.

SIGNED A 3-YEAR CONTRACT

The 43-year-old coach is preparing to return to the Süper Lig after an 8-month break. Bodrum FK, having parted ways with İsmet Taşdemir, reached an agreement with Volkan Demirel and signed a 3-year contract.

FIRST OPPONENT ALANYASPOR

Volkan Demirel will face Alanyaspor in his first match at the helm of his new team on Sunday. Bodrum FK, which has collected 10 points in 10 matches in the Süper Lig, is currently in 13th place.
