Hüseyin Yıldız, the deputy of Aydın, stated in a statement made in front of Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu's house after the annulment decision, "From today on, we will continue the journey under the command of Mr. Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu."
Following the decision of the Ankara Regional Court of Justice 36th Civil Chamber regarding the "absolute nullity" in the case concerning the cancellation of CHP's 38th Ordinary Convention, striking statements came from CHP deputies. Speaking in front of Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu's residence, CHP İzmir Deputy Mahir Polat and CHP Aydın Deputy Hüseyin Yıldız gave a message of unity and solidarity within the party.
“WE WILL CONTINUE OUR PATH WITHOUT RESENTMENT”
CHP İzmir Deputy Mahir Polat stated that all party members should calmly accept the court decision. Expressing that Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu has contributions to all CHP members, Polat said, "We will continue our march to power by embracing each other, without any resentment in the party. The Republican People's Party will produce politics and become a party addressing the issues of Turkey and the region."

Emphasizing that CHP is a deep-rooted party, Yıldız said, "The Republican People's Party has existed for 103 years and will continue to exist. In the upcoming period, together with our party council members, provincial and district organizations, and our parliamentary group, under the leadership of our Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, our only goal is to march to power. From today onward, we will continue our path under the command of Mr. Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu."
