Mustafa Varank, Chairman of the Turkish Grand National Assembly's Industry, Trade, Energy, Natural Resources, Information and Technology Commission and AK Party Bursa MP, disclosed the promise Ali Koç made to him regarding aid to Gaza. Varank stated that Ali Koç, whom he asked for ambulance support, said, "However many ambulances our state needs, I am ready to give all of them to send to Gaza. As long as our state tells me," and thanked Koç.
Mustafa Varank, Chairman of the Turkish Grand National Assembly's Committee on Industry, Trade, Energy, Natural Resources, Information and Technology and AK Party Bursa MP, recounted a remarkable conversation he had with Ali Koç during his speech at the K9 Project Production Launch Ceremony held at the TOFAŞ Bursa Factory.
ALI KOÇ'S AMBULANCE SUPPORT FOR GAZA
Stating that they are making intensive efforts to deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza, Varank said that he had previously asked Ali Koç for ambulance support at a Ford opening. Varank relayed the conversation between him and Ali Koç with these words:
"At the Ford opening, I said to him, 'We are currently making a great effort to send aid to Gaza. We need ambulances to be sent there. Can you support us on this matter?' He said exactly this sentence: 'However many ambulances our state needs, I am ready to give all of them to send to Gaza. As long as our state tells me.'"
THANKS FROM VARANK TO ALI KOÇ
Varank, who appreciated Ali Koç's approach to aid for Gaza, stated that he wanted to give due credit to this stance. Varank's statement revealed that Ali Koç is ready to cover all the ambulances that may be needed, while no information was given on whether the ambulances were delivered.
