When the refrigerator he received didn't fit in the kitchen, he tried to take the delivery person hostage.

The delivery person from Lowes was attempted to be held hostage by a customer who said the refrigerator they ordered did not fit in their kitchen.

The big argument started when the courier, a woman named Ashley, informed that the appliance she purchased was too big for her home, contrary to her claims.

The delivery person recorded the chaotic moments when Ashley first blocked the exit and then climbed onto her vehicle. Meanwhile, the woman's partner was trying to calm her down.

The incident ended with Ashley trying to steal the delivery person's backpack and falling backward while refusing to let go of the bag, resulting in a struggle on the ground between the two.

At the beginning of the video, one of the delivery personnel tells Ashley that even if the doors are removed, the refrigerator will not fit.

Ashley points her finger at the delivery person and shouts, "No, no, call your center."

When the delivery person says they do not understand the situation, Ashley responds, "Sweetheart, I have a doctorate, there’s nothing I can’t understand."

As the delivery person starts to leave, Ashley runs to the door and shuts it.

She shouts at the courier, "Stay away from my door, sit down," but the delivery person maintains a firm stance.

When the delivery person says they will exit through the back door, Ashley shouts, "If you touch anything in my house..."

When the delivery person leaves the house, Ashley is seen sitting by the truck.

In the next footage, Ashley has climbed into the driver's cabin and refuses to get down.

Then, Ashley is seen struggling with the delivery person outside the house.

She has seized the delivery person's backpack and is holding it tightly while the delivery person tries to get it back.

Her partner Larry tries to convince her to let go, but this causes Ashley to grip the bag even tighter.

As the delivery person tries to take the bag, Ashley starts to swing uncontrollably and hits the delivery person in the face.

She falls to the ground but continues to struggle to not give up the bag.

The other delivery person filming the incident approaches and says, "We need to go, everyone get up."

As they approach, they notice that Ashley's mouth is bleeding. Ashley tries to blame this on the delivery person she was struggling with.

She shouts, "He hit me in the face and I will sue, help!" while the delivery person is trying to get their bag back.

When Larry tries to convince her to let go, she shouts, "Shut up, Larry!" and throws a few more punches.
