Yaşar İpek's brother, Işık İpek, was found dead in his home.

The singer Yaşar İpek's reporter brother, 42-year-old Işık İpek, was found dead at his home. The news of İpek's death was announced by the Magazine Journalists Association on their social media account.

In the shared post, it was stated, "We are deeply saddened by the loss of Işık İpek. We wish mercy from God for the deceased and offer our condolences and patience to his family and all his loved ones."

It is believed that Işık İpek, who passed away, died of a heart attack, while the exact cause of death will be determined after the autopsy. Işık İpek's funeral will be held at Zincirlikuyu Mosque after the afternoon prayer and he will be buried at Yeniköy Cemetery.
